The highlight of the summer's forthcoming seasonal events is the forthcoming "Live 'n' Loud tour, which includes the big reggae and dancehall event at the Newby Square pub. Rock To Art have performed to fans nationwide, including the O2 Arena. Pubs and concert venues throughout Northern England have played host to the creative reggae band. Recent events throughout the winter include a showcasing Black History Month performance as part of Routes & Culture, the high profile LunaMatik Festival event happening at Bradford's Gumption Centre on Saturday the 20th of October 2012. In the following month, they returned to one of South Yorkshire's most distinctive live music venues, the popular Mason Arms in Doncaster, followed the next week by a visit to Tamford in Staffordshire to play at the Market Vaults. Christmas cheer came along, Rock To Art decking Factory Street Studios with beats and holly at the family Xmas music studio open day. Sharing 'nuff love over the holiday period, they made a triumphant return to the same venue for the distinctive T' Foot Of Ahr Stairs acoustic live band event for the Yorkshire Gig Guide.
The BYDP Bradford Youth Development Partnership (BYDP) work with young people aged 8-30 years, across the Bradford District and Northern England. Engaging with people of all ages, with their genre-busting material, their accessible harmonies reaching out to the diverse tastes of eclectic young audiences, Rock To Art headlined at the BYDP's Marie Curie fundraiser at Bradford's Alhambra Theatre on the 21st of February.
Live music doesn't just take place in theatres, pubs and concert halls. Restaurants see quality music as part of an enhanced dining experience. Fundraising for Global Hands, a worthy project to build a youth hostel in Gambia, Anams Restaurant in Bradford happening in mid-march 2013, featured Rock To Art at the top of the bill for its lively and enjoyable Curryoke night.
